Akhil Priya Pandey brings over 30 years of cross-functional experience spanning Pharmaceutical Sales, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, and Healthcare Services. His career spans leadership roles with corporate clients across India, the US, and Europe, with a track record of building lasting relationships across pharma, hospitals, food and beverage, agri, and clinical research organisations.
His strengths lie in business development, team building, CRM strategy, and stakeholder management — giving Gale Scientific clients a direct advantage in positioning, networking, and market entry. He is a proven operator across every stage of the life sciences business cycle.
Gautham H holds an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management, with over 24 years of leadership across the Pharma, Food, and FMCG sectors. As former National Manager at Auriga Research, he oversaw India's top-grossing lab operations, led a 400+ member team, and played a central role in securing major M&A deals with Fortune 500 clients.
His accreditation track record spans CDSCO, USFDA, WHO, NABL, and FSSAI. He has established and scaled high-performing labs from the ground up, and brings direct expertise in lab setup, regulatory compliance, business strategy, and large-scale project execution to every Gale Scientific engagement.
Dr. Hitesh Doshi holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA, with over 27 years of experience across formulation development, regulatory strategy, and manufacturing scale-up. His specialisation lies in developing both patent non-infringing and patentable formulations for regulated markets including the US, UK, and EU.
He has led end-to-end product development across conventional and modified-release tablets, capsules, tablet-in-tablet systems, soft gelatine capsules, liquid orals, topical formulations, and nutraceuticals — from early-stage development through technology transfer and commercial manufacturing.
At Indeus Life Sciences (a subsidiary of Nordic Group BV, Netherlands), Dr. Doshi established a state-of-the-art formulation and analytical R&D centre alongside a cGMP-compliant manufacturing facility. He led the organisation's technical, R&D, and non-technical functions for over 12 years, during which the site successfully cleared multiple EU regulatory inspections.
His consulting approach brings scientific rigor and practical execution together, helping clients accelerate development timelines without compromising compliance with global regulatory standards.
